"Hong Kong Island Disaster Preparedness Day 2026" will be held on Sunday, 10 May, with booth games, maritime rescue demonstrations, rescue vehicle and equipment displays, and more. The event aims to enhance the public's understanding of the work of the Fire Services and Ambulance Services, raise disaster preparedness awareness, and promote water activity safety before the typhoon season.
Highlights of the event include:
